Subject of an agreement

Present agreement concluded between site Administration of “modx-store” (modx-store.com)  (hereinafter called the “Administration” )and site User (hereinafter called the “User” )- any person, who will publish or use information, allocated on site, describe terms of use present site by site user.

User has following rights:

• To register on site, and use functionality and information only for work with repository
• obtain admittance to information allocated by him with given password and login, which obtained during registration. 
• At any time to add, change or delete personal information, allocated by him on site. Those activity user can  make by himself in “my repository” partition of the site, previously authorized with login and password.
• On protection of his rights as consistent with 8^th article of “Ukrainian Low about protection of personal information  

User have responsibility:

• About all allocated on site by him information (reliability, conformity with law, and etc.)  
• About all activity on site under his login and password and about confidentiality of his login and password
• User realizes all risk of publishing information about himself on site and have responsibility on all consequences connected with publishing.

Administration obligate to: 

• Grant user possibility to use the site as consistent with present agreement and rights of publishing information on site (vacancy, CV)
• Grant user access to information published by him and possibility for make changes and delete published information. Access realized with login and password which user specify on registration.

 

Administration has following  rights:

• To edit or delete any information published by user on site, if information break present agreement, if information do harm for a site or third person, and  one's own discretion 
• To delete login accounts of users, who break present rules, and restrict access to site for those users without notify.
• Unilaterally without user notify make changes in sites work, or change content of present agreement..

Administration has no responsibility:

• For content and reliability of information, published by user.
• For possible consequences of using published information for third person consequences of such use
• Registration and using  of  site does no provides any relationship between the Administration and the User . responsibility for all activity is carry personally registered user (and unregistered too).
• For any loss or damage that may occur while using the Site or in connection with the inability to use the Site or some of its functions.

 

Final Provisions
Reproduction in print, electronic or any other form of any materials posted on this site is possible only with the permission of the Administration.
This agreement applies to all users of the Site (registered and non-registered, non-users and users of paid services at this site) and all uses of the site (as the publication of information on the site, and view any use of the information on the Site, or transmit through the Site) .
Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the User Agreement.
